Villas at Vista Del Sol
Building Information
Villas at Vista Del Sol is an expansion of the Vista Del Sol student housing development at the southern end of Tempe campus. The Villas project replaces Ocotillo Hall with the live-on-campus culture of Vista Del Sol, and includes 400 beds, retail space, and recreation facilities. This project was delivered by American Campus Communities (ACC), a third-party developer.
