Omni Tempe Hotel at ASU

Redevelopment for a hotel and conference center on Arizona State University’s five acres of land on the southeast corner of Mill Avenue and University Drive in Tempe has been a long-standing plan. 

This collaboration provides a high-quality Omni hotel and conference center that connects the Tempe campus with downtown Tempe and serves the surrounding community. 

The Omni Tempe Hotel at ASU will deliver a 30,000 square-foot conference center and 330 guest rooms. The project supports the university’s mission as an educational and research institution by facilitating the hosting of university-related meetings and public functions. 

This hotel and conference center development, along with neighboring Mirabella, will create public-private partnerships that positively affect and increase community and economic development with strategic value to the university.
