Manzanita Hall Renovation

U.S. Green Building Council member emblemIconic Manzanita Hall is a 215,000 gross-square-foot student residential building which has been in continuous use for over 40 years. The building has undergone a complete interior and exterior restoration; obsolete building infrastructure was removed and building systems and spaces were renewed. This project was delivered by American Campus Communities (ACC), a third-party developer. Read more at ASU News.
