This training provides a hands-on, deeper dive into AI. Participants will explore virtual assistants, learn how to enhance their AI interactions and build a sample chatbot using the CreateAI platform

Note: Completion of the Level One training is required before enrolling.

Learn AI for Staff: CreateAI Platform training

After completing the virtual training, you are encouraged to put your new skills into practice and create your own chatbot for a practical, job-related use case. The Business and Finance AI Team will host in-person workshops to provide support and feedback on these custom projects.
