Lantana Hall

Offering its residents amenities like two dedicated study rooms and full gaming space on each of its four floors, Lantana Hall is ASU’s newest residence hall on the Polytechnic campus.

In the naturally landscaped courtyards common to the campus, students may enjoy the outdoors while attending campus-wide events, cooking with friends, or finding shade to study.

The $35 million, 115,400-square-foot building includes ample office space, study spaces, a relaxed and versatile event space, and two international classrooms with technology to permit live interaction with classrooms worldwide.

The hall also is the new home for Barrett, The Honors College administrative suite. All of this is housed in an energy-efficient building that received U.S. Green Building Council’s LEED Platinum certification.
