Where do I send my mail and packages?
Your shipping address is located in your Student Housing Portal. Your shipping address is not your pickup location.
For food and instant services — Grubhub, DoorDash, Uber Eats, etc. — please coordinate with your driver and drop a pin with your location to meet them. Please do not send perishable food or flowers to your shipping address.

How do I pick up my mail and packages?
Student pickup locations are located near your residence hall.
Note: Your pickup location will differ from the shipping address.
You will receive an email from ASU Student Services when your item is ready for pickup at your designated pickup location. Please come with one of the following pieces of information:
- Your specific box number (e.g., HAVXXXX)
- Notification email
- Tracking number
- ASU ID

Where do I drop off return packages?
Please follow the directions from the shipper. Student Deliveries Pickup Locations cannot ship Amazon or other returns at this time. You can send mail with postage or packages with prepaid shipping labels. Below are the addressing guidelines for processing mail and prepaid packages at any designated delivery location.
Proper addressing guidelines
All domestic and international packages and mail should be addressed as follows:
Domestic:
- Recipient name
- Recipient address — include the apartment number if applicable
- Recipient city and state
- Recipient zip code
International:
- Recipient name
- Recipient address — include the apartment number if applicable
- Recipient city, subdivision, like the province, state and postal code
- Recipient country
