F. Francis and Dionne Najafi Thunderbird Global Headquarters

This new 111,000 square-foot facility for the Thunderbird School of Global Management reinforces ASU’s continuing interest in providing additional educational opportunities at its Downtown Phoenix campus. 

The F. Francis and Dionne Najafi Thunderbird Global Headquarters builds upon the critical mass of professional schools at the campus and the dynamic urban environment of the Phoenix metro area. 

The project houses graduate programs and includes new classroom space of different modalities, conference rooms, faculty offices, hoteling space and ancillary support space. 

The building is designed to meet specifications for LEED Gold at a minimum, with the intention of achieving a higher certification.
