Novus Place Parking Structure

The Novus Place Parking Structure provides 1,801 parking stalls on seven levels for surrounding Novus Innovation Corridor developments as well as ASU buildings and events.

The ground-floor height of 14’ allows for expansion of up to 10,000 square feet of retail development.

ASU's commitment to climate neutrality is featured throughout the development:

  • Parking for 100 bicycles and 20 designated electric-car charging stalls.
  • Roof is designed to include a vast photovoltaic array capable of producing on-site electrical power generation.
  • Stormwater run-off included as part of the landscape design.
  • The structure is ASU's first Parksmart Gold structure, a top rating for environmental sustainability.

A pedestrian bridge spans University Drive and connects the garage with the Rob and Melani Walton Center for Planetary Health, linking the Novus community with the ASU Tempe campus.
