The Novus Place Parking Structure provides 1,801 parking stalls on seven levels for surrounding Novus Innovation Corridor developments as well as ASU buildings and events.
The ground-floor height of 14’ allows for expansion of up to 10,000 square feet of retail development.
ASU's commitment to climate neutrality is featured throughout the development:
- Parking for 100 bicycles and 20 designated electric-car charging stalls.
- Roof is designed to include a vast photovoltaic array capable of producing on-site electrical power generation.
- Stormwater run-off included as part of the landscape design.
- The structure is ASU's first Parksmart Gold structure, a top rating for environmental sustainability.
A pedestrian bridge spans University Drive and connects the garage with the Rob and Melani Walton Center for Planetary Health, linking the Novus community with the ASU Tempe campus.
