Phase III marks the completion of all general public areas of the reinvention of Sun Devil Stadium. Construction concludes on the east side of the stadium project which features an all-new lower bowl, concourse, upper concourse and club level.  Highlights of Phase III construction include:

  • 12,500 square foot East Sideline Club with premium bars
  • 2,200 square foot upper-level food and beverage space
  • ADA seating on the east side and additional elevators in the southeast and northeast
  • Addition of three concessions and nine restrooms on main east-side concourse
  • Improved Wi-Fi access
  • New Southeast Plaza and northeast grand staircase

The new east sideline has been designed to be a year-round destination for offices, meetings, municipal events, conventions and much more.
