Casa del Valle
This four-story facility, developed in collaboration with American Campus Communities, will consist of new student housing with academic and core-support spaces for students at ASU’s West Valley campus.
The new residence hall will provide 507 beds for college undergraduate students and meet the demand for on-campus housing with current resident halls — Casa de Oro and Las Casas — at capacity.
Along with modern rooms, there will be outdoor common areas and interior amenity spaces that support student activities and events as enrollment increases within a host of schools and programs on the West Campus.
The project is expected to meet ASU sustainability goals by achieving LEED Silver certification.
