Employee assistance

The Employee Assistance Office helps faculty and staff identify and resolve personal and professional issues that may affect their performance at work or family and social relationships.

Our team offers programs and services to assess, educate or refer employees to appropriate health care providers and community services.

Employees can contact us for brief confidential interventions on a wide range of behavioral health topics that can impact individuals and teams.

Visit our counseling and consultation webpage for details about our services for employees and families, managerial consultation and sexual violence and relationship support.

For additional local and national mental health services, visit our community services and referrals webpage for resources related to mental well-being, telehealth providers, community assistance or the working parent network.

Call 911 if you are experiencing a life-threatening emergency. If you are experiencing a behavioral health crisis and require immediate assistance, call the Maricopa Behavioral Health Crisis Line at 602-222-9444 or TTY, TDD at 602-274-3360.
