U.S. Green Building Council member emblemThis state-of-the-art educational facility is the new home for the Gary K. Herberger Young Scholars Academy on Arizona State University’s West Valley campus.

Herberger Young Scholars Academy provides a learning environment designed for gifted students in grades 7-12. HYSA personalizes students’ education by merging their academic talents and interests with advanced college preparatory coursework and mentorship opportunities.

The new building includes state-of-the-art classroom space. The design includes a makerspace, a collaborative workspace, for turning ideas into reality.

The building achieved LEED Gold certification.
