Arizona State University offers a comprehensive benefits package at competitive rates to enhance the total compensation of its faculty and staff. This package includes low-cost health benefits for you and your family, disability and leaves programs for income protection, employee assistance and wellness programs, reduced tuition for you and your dependents, resources for employees with disabilities and retirement programs designed to promote long-term savings and provide income upon retirement. Employees may enroll in these benefits within 30 calendar days of hire, qualified life events or during the annual open enrollment period.

New employees may enroll in these benefits within 30 calendar days of hire.

Current ASU employee benefits open enrollment for 2024 is now closed. Changes will not be permitted until the next open enrollment period in fall 2024 unless a qualifying life event occurs. Contact your OHR benefits representative for inquiries.
