Alternate workspaces

ASU Business and Finance provides dedicated workspaces on the Downtown Phoenix, Polytechnic and West Valley campuses for university employees to conduct work-related duties. Hoteling spaces are not available on the Tempe campus at this time.

• Employees should work with a direct supervisor and review ASU’s flexible work arrangements and guidelines before they reserve and use the workspaces.
• Workspaces are available Monday through Friday from 7 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.
• Each space is either a cubicle or an office with a desk. Spaces do not have monitors or printing capability.
• Be a responsible Sun Devil by leaving spaces in tidy condition after use.     

Employees may reserve a workspace for up to two consecutive days and then schedule more time after that. Reserve a space by scheduling an Outlook meeting with one of the rooms listed below.

Downtown Phoenix campus

Employees can use their ASU ID card to access the University Center building through any entrance.

Polytechnic campus

Employees can use their ASU ID card to access the Facility Services building and enter through the south entrance.

West Valley campus

Employees can use their ASU ID card to access the Faculty Administration building through the east or west entrances. The West Valley campus offers a hoteling hub on the third floor that includes conference rooms, enclaves, meet-up areas and office spaces. Review the type of space when scheduling in Outlook.

ASU parking permit holders may use these cross parking locations while using a workspace:

Downtown Phoenix campus

• Fourth Avenue Perimeter Lot.

Polytechnic campus

• Perimeter Zone lots. 

West Valley campus

• Park Zone Lot. 

Non-permit holders may use these lots to pay for hourly or daily parking:

Downtown Phoenix campus

• 200 EVB Parking Structure.

Polytechnic campus

• Lot 10.
• Lot 29.
• Lot 30.

West Valley campus

• Lot 18.
