Why ASU is switching to Workday

ASU believes in giving its employees the best tools to help them work best. That is why it has invested resources in a multi-year project to move the university to Workday.

Workday combines finance, human resources and payroll systems into one. This will give ASU a single integrated system because it already uses Workday FMS as its financial management system. Users get a centralized location with convenient mobile access, a customizable home page and AI-powered assistance and search.

Used by over 400 colleges and universities, Workday provides modern features that will help employees do things like:

  • Access paychecks and payroll information.
  • Change and review benefits.
  • Enter time off.
  • Manage their employee profile.
  • Onboard and hire new employees.
