Lisa Grace

Lisa Grace is the executive director of University Audit.  Serving as ASU’s chief audit executive she directs the University’s Internal Audit function which is responsible for performing audits over financial, compliance, operational and technology areas in direct support of ASU’s mission and goals and in accordance with applicable professional standards, Internal Audit Review Board and the Arizona Board of Regents Audit Committee.

Ms. Grace earned a bachelor’s degree in accounting as well as a master’s degree in management information systems from Bellevue University.  She has held various leadership positions in finance, accounting and internal audit in the banking, manufacturing and technology industries. Prior to coming to ASU in October 2016, she served as the Internal Audit Director of ACI Worldwide, a publicly-traded global electronic payments software provider.  While at ACI, she directed financial, operational and compliance audit functions. 

Ms. Grace holds the following certifications:  certified public accountant (CPA), certified internal auditor (CIA), certified information systems auditor (CISA) and a certified information systems security professional (CISSP).
