Prepare for benefits enrollment

Before open enrollment begins, review your personal, emergency contact and beneficiary information in Workday. Look for the 2027 Open Enrollment Information Verification journey in Workday under Awaiting your action, or review the benefits management guide for instructions on checking your current benefits.

The Office of Human Resources is hosting a series of virtual information sessions from Oct. 19 through Nov. 6, 2026, to help ASU employees understand their benefit options. Representatives from the Arizona Department of Administration and participating providers will cover key topics, including medical, dental, vision, flexible spending accounts, disability and life insurance plans. 

Join a session to ask questions, compare options and prepare to make informed elections.

ASU is committed to offering benefits that support employee well-being and overall total compensation. Employee medical premiums will remain the same, but some changes are coming for the 2027 plan year.

Changes for 2027 include:

• Updated contribution limits for flexible spending and health savings accounts. 
• Updates to medical plan costs and cost-sharing amounts.
