Job Profiles

Workday Job Profiles are the foundation for establishing and managing positions within ASU.

The job profile is a generic title used for job classification that links individuals to a management level. The job profile defines features like pay rate type, Fair Labor Standards Act — exempt/non-exempt — status and other federal compliance classifications. The position includes this same language with an alpha-numeric designation.

The Staff Job Code to Job Profile Crosswalk report can assist in showing how many former PeopleSoft job codes and job descriptions were assigned to Workday job profiles. An ASURITE ID is required to log in and view the report.
