HR Collective is Arizona State University's community for human resource professionals. Through conferences, networking, learning opportunities and shared experiences, members connect across the university to exchange ideas, learn from one another and strengthen HR's impact at ASU.
Our story
HR Collective was created in 2025 to bring together HR professionals from across ASU through meaningful learning, collaboration and connection. Building on the success of its inaugural conference, HR Collective continues to grow as a community that supports the development of HR professionals across the university.
Our purpose
HR professionals play a critical role in shaping the employee experience and advancing ASU's mission. HR Collective brings HR professionals together to connect with colleagues, learn from university leaders, share best practices and grow as one HR community.

Annual conference
Each year, the HR Collective event brings together more than 250 HR professionals from across ASU for a day of inspiring speakers, collaborative learning and meaningful networking.
