Form I-9 employment eligibility
All new ASU employees must complete their work authorization no later than three business days from their hire date.
- Complete section 1 of the Form I-9 online.
- To complete section 2, contact your department's certifier listed below. If your department is not listed, you must schedule an in-person appointment for certification.
- New employees outside of Arizona must follow the remote Form I-9 instructions to complete their work authorization.
Hires must bring original copies of acceptable documents to their appointment. New employees must also know their hire date and have their 10-digit employee ID number at the time of their appointment.
