Make progress on the goals that matter most to you
The SUNlite Coaching Program matches ASU employees with a trained coach from another unit. Each coaching engagement offers up to six one-hour sessions within six months to explore your goals and make progress on what matters most to you.
Please note: Coaches are not therapists or legal advisors. For counseling or mental health concerns, contact the Employee Assistance Office.
What to expect
Together with your coach, you will:
- Clarify your goals and what success looks like.
- Explore different perspectives and identify potential barriers.
- Reflect on your learning and test new strategies.
- Celebrate progress and plan your next steps.
Topics might include career development, managing change, work-life balance, strengthening relationships, or exploring new opportunities.

- Benefit-eligible ASU employee.
- Completed application form.
- Motivation to develop and grow professionally.
- Specific coaching topic.
