Accessible Parking
Parking and Transit Services is committed to serving members of the ASU community with disabilities and works closely with Student Accessibility and Inclusive Learning Services to ensure equal access and compliance with the Americans with Disabilities Act.
PTS offers several different types of disabled-accessible permits.
State-issued ADA placards do not take the place of ASU-issued accessible permits. State-issued ADA placards are valid in accessible visitor spaces. ASU-issued accessible permits are valid in many permit stalls on campus, as outlined below.
Employee permanent disability
Employees with a permanent disability, who show a valid permanent state placard or vehicle registration issued in the applicant's name, have the choice of purchasing an Employee ASU Accessible All-Access permit or a garage or lot-specific accessible permit.
