Violation Code and Fine Schedule
The list below outlines ASU parking violations and escalating fines for repeat offenses.
The following situations constitute violations of ASU’s parking rules and regulations for which the stated sanctions can be imposed. Fine amounts increase for certain violations as additional violations are incurred.
Note: Violation codes 8–14 cannot be appealed.

Additional administrative sanctions may be assessed, including but not limited to referral to the dean of students, referral to the Office of Human Resources, full permit value, or costs for replacement or repair of parking equipment.
The vehicle may be immediately impounded per the Parking and Transportation Services Boot and Tow policy.
