The ASU Youth Activity Guidelines and procedures provide a framework of practices and standards to uphold the Protection of Minors policy and safeguard minors participating in university-sponsored activities and events.

The Youth Activity Guidelines must be implemented across all ASU youth activities. All youth activity staff are required to read and acknowledge the guidelines as part of their mandatory youth protection training.

The youth activity procedures outline the required steps to navigate essential youth protection processes and respond appropriately to scenarios, such as missing children, incidents and other safety-related events.
