Take training

All employees

ASU employees should complete the following web-based training:

  1. Introduction to Workday.
  2. Introduction to Reports — this course is recommended, but not required.
  3. Attend a Knowledge Byte: Enter time in Workday session or watch it on demand.
  4. Attend a Knowledge Byte: Request time off in Workday session or watch it on demand.

Timekeepers

Attend the Knowledge Byte: Timekeeper session or watch on-demand after Dec. 6, 2024. This session is for those assigned a Timekeeper role in Workday. Timekeepers support their manager’s time approval responsibilities and must be able to verify employees' time worked or leave requests. Timekeepers receive all time-approval requests in their Workday inbox for employees in their supervisory organization, typically the department they oversee.
