ASU leadership host Workday town hall July 31

ASU leadership and Workday project team members will host a live hybrid town hall at the Rob and Melani Walton Center for Planetary Health Wednesday, July 31, from 8 a.m. to 10 a.m. 

They will discuss ASU's upcoming transition to Workday HCM, an enterprise application combining the university’s finance, HR and payroll systems into one integrated system. Workday also provides modern features like AI-powered assistance, real-time analytics and more.

Only 300 in-person seats are available, but anyone may watch the town hall via Zoom.

These university leaders will be on hand to discuss Workday and answer questions:

• Morgan R. Olsen, executive vice president, treasurer and chief financial officer, Office of Business and Finance.
• Michael G. Latsko, vice president and chief human resources officer, Office of Human Resources.
• Chelsea Tyrrell, assistant vice president, Provost Operations, Office of the University Provost.
• Michael Baumert, assistant vice president and controller, Financial Services Accounting.

Attendees will learn more about Workday, its benefits and what to expect before and after the system launches Dec. 23, 2024.
