Employees asked to disregard Workday email

On Tuesday, Dec. 17, certain ASU employees received an email from Workday related to the Performance Review process.

Please disregard that email. The notification was sent in error from a test environment. No action is needed. You will receive an error message if you attempt to sign in.

The email was mistakenly generated during the final testing of ASU’s new HR and payroll system, Workday HCM. After learning notifications were mistakenly turned on, the project team immediately addressed the issue to minimize the number of employees who would be affected.

The project team apologizes for the error and inconvenience. Please email the team with questions.
