Eligibility:
- Benefit-eligible ASU faculty and staff — three years or more recommended but not required
- Track record of excellent work performance
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Ability to embrace diverse perspectives
A complete application that includes two recommendations: One from your supervisor and one from another ASU employee.
Next steps
- Submit your completed application by the deadline.
- Complete 30 hours of required training over four months, which includes self-study, in-person sessions, peer practice time and one-on-one meetings with master coaches.
- Once qualified, get matched and begin coaching one ASU employee outside your unit for six one-hour sessions within six months.
- Continue learning and connecting at SUNlite Coach Community events as your schedule allows.
