Become an ASU SUNlite coach

Eligibility requirements:

• ASU benefit-eligible employee.
• Employed at ASU for five or more years — recommended but not required.
• Ability to embrace diverse perspectives.
• Strong interpersonal skills.
• Track record of excellent work performance.
• Share the recommendation form with two ASU employees, including from your supervisor, to submit.
• Submit a completed application form.

Fall 2026 Cohort: Required foundational training schedule.

• Session 1: Sept. 11, 2026, 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. — in-person.
• Session 2: Oct. 16, 2026, 8 a.m. to 12 p.m. — via Zoom.
• Session 3 plus completion ceremony: Nov. 20, 2026, 8 a.m. to 3 p.m. — in-person.

Before committing to the program, please ensure you are fully available for all scheduled dates and modalities, in-person and via Zoom.
