Mobile ID request

Students utilizing on-campus services, faculty, and staff must complete the form below to request access to their ASU Mobile ID in the ASU Mobile App.  ASUrite authentication, linked below, is required to access the form.

Once the form is submitted and approved, Sun Devil Card Services will provide instructions on how to set up and use your ASU Mobile ID.

Fee information

ID fees are not included in other enrollment fees for graduate, transfer and non-degree-seeking students. A $25 fee will be added to your student account. 

Incoming freshmen who have paid a $300 enrollment deposit will not be billed $25, as the ID fee is included in the deposit. 

Benefits-eligible employee’s ASU ID fee is waived for the first issuance of the ASU Mobile ID.
