Workday spring 2025 release updates

Workday releases system updates every spring and fall, which can include new features, bug fixes or user interface enhancements.

All employees can visit the Work Instruction and Information application to view updated job aids for the following business processes:

• Assign costing allocation. 
• Direct hire for academic personnel.

• Hire employee. 

   

   

FMS users and all employees: View the Saved feature in Global Navigation Menu quick guide to learn another way you can access Workday shortcuts and favorites. This update is also reflected in the Add and edit applications and shortcuts job aid.
