A recommended Pre-Submittal Meeting will be held on: 8/26/2024; 10:00 AM, MST.  The meeting will be held at Memorial Union 301 E. Orange St., Tempe, AZ 85281, MU 230 Pima. See ASU Parking Map for parking options.

For individuals unable to attend in person, ASU will provide a Zoom Meeting option. One representative from each firm must register their Zoom attendees by sending an email with the firm’s name, first and last name and email address of each individual attending to Kevin Hall no later than 2:00 PM MST on 8/23/2024. The Buyer will reply with the Zoom Meeting link. Wireless microphones will be used during the presentation and Q&A session to ensure audio quality.
