Purchasing is one of only seven higher education procurement functions in the nation that earned the National Purchasing Institute’s Achievement of Excellence in Procurement® Award during 2009 and 2010. The Institute for Supply Management, the National Institute of Governmental Purchasing, and the National Association of Educational Procurement sponsors this award and is among many that ASU Purchasing has received.
