Travel approvals updated, AlertTraveler introduced

ASU has updated the required approval for domestic university travel. The Dean/VP approval has been removed from domestic travel. All other approvals for domestic and international travel stay the same.

AlertTraveler

AlertTraveler is a new service and mobile application for ASU business travelers replacing the current duty of care module. The app is available for download to iOS and Android devices.

AlertTraveler connects My ASU TRIP requests, bookings and optional GPS data to country and city intelligence to help users make informed decisions while traveling. The app also provides destination-based safety and security alerts. Users may configure app settings to receive alerts before or during travel via email or app notifications.

Before their trip, ASU business travelers will receive an email with app download directions. Email the ASU Travel Service Center or call 480-965-3111 with questions.
