ASU Addressing Protocol

Each ASU campus uses a specialized address format for both campus and incoming USPS mail, including a campus-specific mail code system to ensure efficient and accurate delivery.

• Downtown, Tempe and West campuses use individual mail codes for each department. Look up mail codes
• Polytechnic has one mail code 0180 for the entire campus.

To find an individual student, faculty or staff member, use the ASU Directory. To find the mailing address of a department, visit the department’s web page to find contact information or use the A-Z Index for an alphabetical list of all ASU departments.
