Reason:  This shut down is to do service work on Kearney switch's and perform feild documentation on 11 transformers.
Details:  List of transformers to be documented is X29 X69 X65 X137 X26 XP193 XP63 XP64 X80 F19 F 188

Reason:  We need to do the 6 month fire suppression fire system testing for the 5 server room locations. This will only affect the fire system being disabled for the server rooms while testing is being done. These rooms will be disabled from the building panel during the testing. Should not affect the building alarm system.
Details:  We will need ASU fire systems support to disable these rooms from the building fire panel and enable rooms after the testing is done.
