Carts and vehicles

Everyone is required to wear a face cover and ensure physical distancing while riding in an ASU cart or vehicle. Custodial disinfection services are not provided for campus carts and vehicles. Drivers and passengers are responsible for the cleaning and disinfection of contact surfaces in the vehicle and on charging stations after each trip. Review the Vehicle disinfection guidelines for more details.

Campus shuttles

Everyone is required to wear a face cover and maintain physical distancing of at least 6 feet, consistent with CDC guidelines, while riding in an ASU campus shuttle. Only window seats are available. Aisle and middle seats are unavailable. Seatbacks are outfitted with partitions, and a Plexiglas barrier shields the driver. All shuttles are equipped with hand sanitizer dispensers near the door. For the well-being of fellow riders, please do not board if you feel ill.

Shuttle staff will disinfect high-contact surfaces, including seats, seat belts, and handrails after every trip. A portable disinfectant fogging system will be used to treat all parts of the shuttle interior at least monthly. Visit the ASU campus shuttles webpage and follow @asu2asuShuttles on Twitter for route updates.
