Every year, ASU is home to hundreds of events from athletics to the arts.  The safety and security of those who host and attend these events is of utmost importance.  ASU Police Special Events Coordinator works with those hosting events. We encourage you to contact the Special Events Coordinator as early as possible in the planning process to ensure an efficient delivery of services.

ASUPD Special Events agreement:

An agreement is necessary for use with special events on campus which may require the use of law enforcement powers or resources. Please submit the completed agreement to the Special Events Coordinator by email; Fax to 480.965.2111; interoffice to mail code 1812; or drop off in-person at 325 E Apache, Tempe. For more information contact the Special Events Coordinator at 480.965.6902. Please note: Agreements must be submitted a minimum of Twenty-one (21) business days before the event.

ASU Special Events application:

This form must be completed in order to hold events on campus which meet the criteria and may require public safety considerations. For more information contact the Special Events Coordinator 480.965.6902. Review the related policy, PDP202-01

Alcohol Permit:

If you are considering serving alcohol at an event, please review the insurance requirements, instructions and alcohol permit policy and procedures before submitting this form. This form may be submitted via Fax to  ASU Insurance Services at 480.727.9055.
