Organizational Excellence Community of Practice
The Organizational Excellence Community of Practice is for all university staff who perform or have an interest in process improvement, organizational development, change management, project management and employee development. The goal is to help our community connect and thrive by participating in the following activities.
- Expand business networks.
- Present methods, tools and industry best practices.
- Promote continuous improvement, change management and project management methods in our community.
- Share ideas and information that improve services and operations.
- Work together to solve operational issues through dialogue and action.
