Safety Tips for Students and Resources for Faculty and Staff are provided by ASU’s Department of Student Affairs. Safety Resources for Faculty and Staff are also provided by ASU Behavior Response Team (BRT).

Safety Tips, Crime Alerts, Police Logs and the annual Campus Crime Statistics Report are provided by the ASU Police Department.

Campus Safety and Compliance Hot Line 877.SUN.DEVL or 877.786.3385 is to be used if you have concerns about student or employee safety or non-compliance with laws, regulations, or policies. This hot line is NOT designed to report emergency conditions.

Counseling and Support Services

Tempe Campus, Polytechnic Campus, West Campus, and Downtown Phoenix Campus provide counseling services for students.

Councling, Crisis Response and other faculty resources compiled by the Center for Learning and Teaching Excellence (CLTE).

Employee Assistance Office provides counseling for ASU employees.

ASU Behavior Response Team (BRT) provides safety resources for ASU faculty and staff.

Public Safety Advisory Committee (PSAC) is to assure that the ASU Police Department remains responsive to the needs of the campuses and local communities.

Campus Environment Team (CET) is advisory to the president to promote campus-wide appreciation of diversity and respect for all individuals, while also protecting free speech and academic freedom.

ASU Student Assistance Coordination Committee (SACC) combines the expertise of key campus units to coordinate responses to students in distress and to manage potential critical incidents involving ASU students.
