Note: Replacement card requests do not need a new photo submission unless your photo is over 2 years old.  

  • Spring and Summer 2024 Enrollment: ASU IDs will be issued to students enrolled in the Spring 2024 and Summer 2024 semesters.
  • Fall 2024 Enrollment: Students registered exclusively for the Fall 2024 semester will not receive their ASU IDs at this time.
  • Information for Fall 2024 Students: If you are only registered for the Fall 2024 semester, you will receive detailed instructions on how to access your ASU ID in June/July 2024.

Active students for Spring and Summer 2024 may obtain an ASU ID Card by completing the following steps:

  1. Submit your photo to Sun Devil Card Services.
  2. Wait for your photo submission approval email.
  3. Once approved, complete and submit this form.

You should receive your ASU ID card in the mail within 10 business days.

Cards will only be mailed to a U.S. mailing address.
