ASU Materials Management remains open and continues to serve the ASU community.
Mail and packages — including from Amazon, DHL, FedEx and UPS — will continue to be delivered to their destination addresses unless departments ask for deliveries to be held.
If no one is on campus to accept mail and packages, couriers will bring them to ASU Mail Services at the end of their route. Departments can then retrieve packages delivered to Mail Services at the following locations at their convenience:
- ASU Downtown and Tempe campuses: 1711 S. Rural Road, Tempe, AZ 85281.
- ASU Polytechnic campus: 7041 E. Unity Ave., Mesa, AZ 85212.
- ASU West campus: 4701 W. Thunderbird Road, Glendale, AZ 85306.
Before picking up mail and packages, please email Mail Services to request pickup at least three hours before the desired pickup time. A Mail Services staff member will notify you when your mail and packages are available for pickup; bring your ASU ID card or driver’s license. Email Materials Management or call 480-965-9819 for assistance.
Home office supply deliveries
Employees also may order supplies for home delivery starting Monday, March 23, via the ASU Financial Management System. Home delivery orders require all standard fiscal approvals. Please follow these home delivery guidelines:
- Capped at $250.
- Limited to essential supplies only.
- Placed from existing Sunrise catalogs.
- Routed to departmental budget managers for approval.
Controlled materials such as chemicals and gasses are not permitted. Home delivery orders cannot be charged to P-Cards and are not eligible for reimbursement.
Before placing new orders, employees may visit their offices to gather supplies essential for them to work remotely. To ensure social distancing, employees should first check with their supervisors before heading to their offices. Employees also must bring their building keys or ASU ID card for ISAAC access. Call 480-965-3633 for building access assistance.
Once telecommuting ends, materials delivered to home addresses will be reported to departmental budget managers. All materials not consumed must be returned to ASU.
Amazon currently prevents home delivery through FMS, and orders only may be shipped to campus addresses.
