What are your hours of operation?

Mon-Fri 8am–4:30pm
We are closed on all official ASU holidays and 2 days a year for inventory.

How do I buy ASU Stores stock items?
Order stock items by completing a Stock Requisition (SR) on Advantage.

You may also do a quick walk-in over-the-counter purchase by filling out an ASU Stores Order Form (stock # FM760000) and bringing it to the warehouse. Please call 480.965.3772 or 480.965.1083 to confirm stock availability.

What are the requirements for placing stock orders?
All purchases require a valid ASU account (Agency/Org) number.

When will my products be delivered?
Orders placed on Advantage are automatically printed out at ASU Stores within minutes of your processing it to the “Accept” stage. All in-stock items will be delivered the next business day. The exceptions are ASU holidays and days we are closed for inventory.

How are backorders processed?
Items that are out of stock at the time the order is placed will be held in the system until they are received into stock. The order will automatically print out at ASU Stores. All back-ordered items are charged to your account when they are delivered. For status of back-ordered items, call 480.965.1083

How do I process a return?

  • Returns must be within 30 days of receipt.
  • All returns must be within the same fiscal year in which they were purchased.
  • ASU stores can pick up the returned item and deliver a replacement, depending on stock availability.

How do I check the status of an order?
Status of ASU Stores orders can be checked in Advantage:

  1. Go to the ORSC table
  2. Enter your SR Number in the transaction ID field
  3. Press Enter.
  4. Status will display as:
  • Requested: Order has been submitted online
  • Reserved: Order is being processed and has not been printed yet.(The order has to be processed to ACCEPT Status before it will print.)
  • Released: Order has been printed.
  • Issued: Order has been filled and charged to your account.
  • Backordered: Item not in stock; order will be printed when the stock is received by ASU Stores.
